HOW TO ORDER? PLEASE READ OPTION #1 AND #2 :)
Option 1 - Make payment to the stated accounts to secure your items fast if you're afraid they will go out of stock.

POSTAGE CHARGES
For mailing list members, normal mail is FREE.
As for Non-mailing list, normal postage, please add $1.
For registered postage, please add $3.24.
For each additional item, please add $0.50.

PAYMENT
Items are based on first payment basis and will go to those who've made payment first.
Payment must be made in 24 hours.
Only POSB/UOB bank transfers are accepted.
I-Banking is highly recommended, but ATM transfers are welcome so long payment is in by 24 hours.
All ATM payments must be accompanied by a snapshot of receipt for easy verification.
Don't have a bank account? Fret not! You can always do a cash deposit at any atm machine.
Strictly no concealed cash, and no meetups please.
Backing out or failure to complete the deal will result in blacklisting you here.

SHIPPING/DISTRIBUTION
Items are distributed via normal and registered mail only.
No meetups will be done. Please do not order if you intend to meetup.
Prices are not inclusive of normal postage fees unless otherwise stated.
ExquisiteLabel will not be responsible for lost items sent via normal mail.
Therefore, registered mail at an additional $2.24 is highly recommended to set your mind at ease.
Items will be posted out in 3 working days.

RETURN POLICY
ExquisiteLabel does not do refunds for items that do not fit, or if the colour differs slightly from the picture. (Due to different monitor settings)
All items are checked for defects before being despatched. However in the event that you still receive a defected item, please email exquisitelabel@yahoo.com with a picture of the defected item.
An exchange will be made with postage costs borne by me, or I will fix the item up for you at no extra charge. =)

OTHER TERMS TO NOTE
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
Please be 100% sure on purchasing as there will be no refunds made once item is paid for.
However, if item you've paid for is out of stock, a refund will definitely be made. :)
Prices are fixed, haggling is not entertained.
Requests for more pictures or measurements will not be entertained.
Trades will not be entertained.
Please take the time to read through all the product information supplied before asking questions.
We reserve the right to amend the T&Cs at any time. Thank you.
